*33.1-41.4 Fancy Dress
*41.4-53.9 Cloak
*53.9-74.6 Robe
*74.6-80.0 Leather Gorget
*80.0-GM Studded Gorget
Note that oil cloths will stop gaining Tailoring around 75.0 skill. You can make things other than studded gorgets to GM if you are willing to use the extra leather.
