Get a fisher to give you a sizeable stack of raw fishsteaks, pull 1 off the stack, cook it, and throw it away or else save for later consumption.

Sack of Flour + Empty Wooden Bowl -> Bowl of Flour
Sack of Flour + Tribal Berry -> Tribal Paint


Things you can make with a a pitcher of water:
Water + Sack of Flour -> Dough
Water + Bowl of Flour -> Dough


Things you can make with dough:
Dough + Eggs -> Unbaked Quiche
Dough + Wheel of Cheese -> Uncooked Cheese Pizza
2x Dough + Sausage -> Uncooked Sausage Pizza
Dough + Apple -> Unbaked Apple Pie
Dough + Peach -> Unbaked Peach Cobbler
Dough + Raw Chicken Leg -> Unbaked Meat Pie
