Arms Lore allows you to see how much durability a weapon has left before it breaks. Using Arma Lore is also the easiest way to raise the Strength stat.

80.0 Arms Lore in conjunction with the Wrestling skill gives you the ability to try to disarm somebody. Higher Arms Lore gives you a greater chance to successfully disarm.
