Housing covers player-owned structures and the systems that support them: placing homes, securing items, using player vendors, upgrading and selling homes, packing up homes, and participating in community housing features.

Selling Your House
When you demolish your house, the house deed is returned to you. Any gold spent on storage upgrade contracts is also refunded at 100% of the contract cost.
House deeds can be sold to a Real Estate Broker for 80% of their purchase price. Simply drop the deed onto the broker and the proceeds will be deposited directly into your bank box.
You can also say appraise to a Real Estate Broker and target a house deed to find out how much they will pay for it before selling.
Storage upgrades and the house deed are refunded separately: storage upgrade costs are returned when the house is demolished, while the returned house deed can then be sold to a Real Estate Broker for 80% of its value.

Custom Housing is available only where enabled by the shard ruleset.
