Special moves are garden variety UO:R, no AoS moves. However, they are not random. They can only be performed with a 2 handed weapon of the chosen skill. There is a downtime of 20 seconds between each special move.

Crushing Blow:
Mace Fighting
Crushing Blow requires 80 Anatomy to use and costs 15 mana. It deals 150% damage for one swing.
Crushing Blow can be hotkey'd in Razor with the Toggle Disarm (Pre-AOS) command.
Note: The only Macing weapon with crushing blow is the Warhammer.

Concussion Blow:
Swordsmanship
Concussion Blow requires 80 Anatomy to use and costs 15 mana. It halves the opponents mana for 30 seconds.
Concussion Blow can be hotkey'd in Razor with the Toggle Disarm (Pre-AOS) command.

Paralyzing Blow:
Fencing
Paralyzing Blow requires 80 Anatomy to use and costs 15 mana. It paralyzes an opponent for 3 seconds. Pouches cannot break this paralysis. Paralyzed opponents will still swing their weapons.
Paralyzing Blow can be hotkey'd in Razor with the Toggle Disarm (Pre-AOS) command.

Stun Punch:
Wrestling
Stun Punch requires 80 Anatomy to use and costs 15 Stamina. It stuns the opponent for 4 seconds.
Stun Punch can be hotkey'd in Razor with the Toggle Stun (Pre-AOS) command.

Disarm Punch:
Wrestling
Disarm Punch requires 80 Arms Lore to use and costs 15 Stamina. It will disarm your opponents weapon.
Disarm Punch can be hotkey'd in Razor with the Toggle Disarm (Pre-AOS) command.
