Anti-AFK Resource Gathering

To ensure a fair economy and to prevent unattended macroing, an Anti-AFK CAPTCHA system is in place for resource gathering.

This system applies to mining and logging and is designed to ensure that resource gathering is actively supervised by the player.

How the System Works

While mining or chopping logs, players will occasionally be prompted with a simple CAPTCHA challenge.

When a CAPTCHA appears:

You must respond correctly within the allowed time.
Failing to answer the CAPTCHA, or not answering it at all, is treated as a failure.
The system does not distinguish between an incorrect answer and no response.

Consequences

First failure (or no response):

 * Resource gathering is temporarily blocked.
 * You may attempt to gather again after approximately 5 minutes, which will trigger another CAPTCHA.

Repeated failures or missed responses:

 * The character will be flagged as criminal.
 * The offense will be announced via the town crier.
 * The account will be marked internally.
 * The criminal flag lasts approximately 4 hours.

Important Notes

Successfully answering earlier CAPTCHAs does not provide immunity.

 * Each CAPTCHA is evaluated independently.

The system is specifically intended to prevent unattended resource gathering.
Running macros while only occasionally checking the screen still counts as unattended if a CAPTCHA is missed.
