Wrestling is a melee skill used with your bare hands. 80 Anatomy allows you to use the Stun Punch ability which lasts 4 seconds if landed successfully. 80 Arms Lore allows you to use the Disarm ability.
Training Wrestling
Wrestling is raised the same as every other melee skill. From 0-GM simply hire a mercenary from the fighter pit out of the south Luna entrance and keep them healed as you punch them.
