Evaluating Intelligence allows you to roughly gauge how much intelligence the target has and roughly how much mana they have.
Evaluating Intelligence gives a boost to Magery spell damage (except Mind Blast). The formula is EvalInt / 20 = Damage % bonus.
Training Evaluating Intelligence
To train Evaluating Intelligence, use the skill repeatedly on another player or a mercenary NPC from 0 to GM.
