Current Known Issues:
The image below shows what the Angel Island Launcher looks like when you are not connected to the internet. Once connected, click Refresh to continue.


* Inability to connect from the server list.

This is a known issue, and could be related to the incorrect password being entered. A wrong password will currently still take you to the shard list, but you will not be able to enter the character selection window. Potential solutions:


*Check to make sure your caps lock key is not on while attempting to log in.
The image below shows what the client will look like when you are trying to log in to an account but have already reached the maximum accounts-per-IP limit.
*Try an old password in case you recently changed it.
