When a successful melee weapon lands, there are times that its for 1 point of damage. With GM weapon skill, GM Tactics, and GM anatomy this should never happen.

A successful hit should have a minimum damage based on the Damage Calculator.

In Test.
I do not see a problem with the damage formula and I instrumented the code to output damage dealt as a visual.
A regular katana should deal 3d8+2 or 5-26 points of damage.
I set up two players, one just healing, and the other one striking with the katana. Here the results:

I ran this test for much longer and saw the same results.
I am including instrumentation for players to also see this damage as well as damage/time.
Before closing this report, I will await player feedback.
This tool will be available in the next patch release. (maybe tonight)

Fixed.
The Min/Max starting values for weapons were 0.
This has been fixed. All older weapons have been automatically upgraded.
