Arrows prevent boats from moving.

Unable to remove corpses of sea monsters with an axe.

Fixed. Patched. Live.
By reissuing the command (back, forward, etc.) you will sink the corpses.
Arrows and whatnot are dragged along with the boat and 'stacked'.
