Township Relic.
Like capture the flag for township. An integral part of UO fun is having something to fight over. Once the shard is on its feet and people start establishing townships; introduce a relic which can only be controlled by those in a lawless township guild. Have a seer ran event to introduce it. After that it would have to be captured from the controlling township. The capture process would involve damaging it. Once it is damaged enough, you can move it. People who are in that guild would get a message it is being attacked. The guild which controls the Relic gets:
Expanded township territory
Reduced township costs
A special township NPC?
A special suffix or colored guild tag option?
